JewelryDemand offers a 60-day return and exchange policy on most of the jewelry. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may apply for a return or exchange of the item(s) in its original condition within 60 days.

Conditions of Return & Exchange

1. Item(s) returned must be in their original condition, without scratches, signs of wear, damage, or alteration in any way.

2. The returned item(s) should include any promotional gifts and gift boxes.

3. The request of return & exchange must be within 60 days from the day the original order was received.

4. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has a tracking number on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.

Note: Customers will be responsible for the shipping fees of return or exchange products. Please do not return the item(s) directly to the address on your package. In order to process the return and exchange efficiently, please contact our customer service first before returning, we will process your request and send you a return address.

Non-Refundable Items

1. Final Sale items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. Personalized items, including engraving, name, and photo jewelry based on your personal preference are non-refundable. Please note that JewelryDemand will charge a 35% restocking fee for the exchange of these items.

3. Items without jewelry tag or that have been worn, damaged, or altered are not refundable and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Refunds

All returns will be inspected and processed by our service department within 10 business days of receiving your parcel. You will be notified through email once it is completed.

For receiving wrong, broken, defective items, please contact our customer service within 48 hours after receiving your order. Under such circumstances, we will process a full refund immediately or arrange an exchange as per your requirements.
