Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. Please Kindly note that we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses at this time.

How can I track my order?

Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is dispatched! The tracking number can be used to see the information about your order. If the order was packed on the weekend, it will be updated next available business day!

JewelryDemand accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay payment methods.

Your payment method is charged at the time the order is placed, including for those items that are made-to-order.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

Please reach out to service@jewelrydemand.com to inquire about your order updates. We aren’t currently able to accept cancellations for completed personalized items.

What if my gift wasn’t the right fit?

If the item(s) you've received wasn’t the right fit, please reach out to us at service@jewelrydemand.com within 3 days of delivery. We will help make it right.
